  • General
    • The condominium buildings are yards from the ocean front and four tenths of a mile from Duck Rd (Route 12)
    • The village area of Duck is less than two miles away
  • Laundry facilities
    • Each of the four condominium buildings has coin-operated washer and dryers.  The cost is $1.75 per wash and dry (quarters only).  There is not a change machine on site.
  • Grilling
    • Grilling is not permitted on decks.
    • There are six grills in the common area near the pool.
  • Fireworks
    • Fireworks are illegal in North Carolina.  The law is specifically stipulated in North Carolina General Statutes 14-410 and 14-414.  Violation of this State Law is a Class 2 Misdemeanor.
    • Fireworks are not permitted on Colony by the Sea property.
